GE has already mailed this ballot, along with the 'Notice of 2001 Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement,' to its stockholders in anticipation of its April 25, 2001 meeting in Atlanta. If you are a stockholder and do not receive these documents by early April, consult with your stockbroker.
